Are you ready for the big Valentine’s Day premiere of StarStruck?
JJJ caught up with stars Sterling Knight, Maggie Castle, and Danielle Campbell on the set and can’t wait to share all of our interviews with you. Here are some highlights:
Maggie on one of her character, Sara’s, favorite costume and scene: “I got to wear this little crazy red number – it was like Chanel, Jackie O, with a pearl necklace and this red polka dot dress with a blazer and a little Chanel purse – it was pretty funny. And that’s when she first gets to L.A. and they’re at the car rental place – her parents are renting a car and she thinks she’s Paris Hilton! Little does she know no one really dresses like that, but she has this idea in her head of what Hollywood is and that’s what she tries to always replicate even though she’s from Kalamazoo, [Michigan].”
Sterling on hitting it off with Danielle: “It was good! It was really good. She’s really cool and she’s way beyond her years, which helps for the character, definitely. She’s a really, really mature, hard-working girl. The first time we met, it was cool – we kind of had this weird connection instantly and I go out of my way to pick on her all the time, so she can really dislike me throughout the movie.”

Tyler Hilton Joins Harmonies For HaitiTyler Hilton is just one of the many artists that have joined Chelsea Staub’s Harmonies For Haiti.
The 26-year-old musician will perform alongside The Record Life, Savvy & Mandy, Frank and Derol, Kristy Frank and Camp Rock costars Meaghan Martin and Anna Maria Perez de Tagle, among many others.
Harmonies For Haiti, which connects the youth with helping the relief efforts in Haiti, will take place at the House of Blues on Sunset Blvd in Los Angeles on Wednesday, February 10th. Stay tuned for more info!

“Harmonies for Haiti”
The disaster in Haiti has had me glued to the TV, but I hit a point where watching CNN in my sweatpants and indulging in my third popsicle just wasn’t cutting it anymore. Being a young, working actress in Hollywood has granted me many amazing opportunities, so I figured it was time to finally put some bite behind my bark. Just like everyone else, I’ve texted “Haiti” to 90999 and Twittered about the crisis multiple times, but upon hearing story after story of the horrible atrocities these human beings are struggling to endure, it became clear that I needed to step it up.
I’m a big advocate of the music scene and even had the opportunity to tour with a few up and coming bands over the summer. On the other side of that, I’m lucky enough to work on a television series with one of the most recognizable bands in the world. So I sat down at my computer and emailed every musician/artist for which I have contact information. I also dropped a note to the booking agent for a few small venues to see if he would be willing to open his doors for a fundraiser, with 100% of the proceeds going to The Red Cross and their work in Haiti. As the day unfolded, excitement about the potential event began to escalate. I was overwhelmed by the response from friends, co-workers, bands, and, as things turned out, the booking agent, Andy. He responded to my email in enthusiastic haste, and has offered to help me pull off what I think could be a monumentally charitable night. In less than six hours, the prospect of this event being hosted by a couple of bands in a 100 capacity room quickly became something much, much bigger; as this venue caps out at 1,000 kids.
This isn’t about press or being seen. This is going back to the “love in” days of the 60’s; where audience and artists alike gather together, not only for a night of incredible music, but also for a bigger purpose. A good time for a good cause. The needs in Haiti will be ongoing and let’s show them that the youth of America cares and can contribute to making a difference. Details will be forthcoming.
It’s time to do something for the world beyond texting. Here’s to “Harmonies for Haiti.”

Chelsea Staub stands out in a stunning red dress in the middle of a Jonas Brothers sandwich in this new still from JONAS.
In tomorrow’s episode “Beauty and the Beat,” When Kevin, Joe and Nick judge a beauty contest, Stella (Staub) decides to enter to prove anyone can win, but as the competition heats up, Stella realizes it might not be that easy to claim the crown after all.
Fun fact: Chelsea once told JJJ that this was her favorite episode!
“Beauty and the Beat” premieres TOMORROW, January 24 @ 8:30PM ET/PT on Disney Channel.

(Another fun fact is this was filmed the day of the Twilight Premiere in LA. Chelsea said she went to the premiere that night and she was lucky she had her hair done already due to filming the pageant episode! The Jonas Brothers were shopping near the premiere that night too!)

On Saturday night (January 16) Joe Jonas was spotted out leaving the upscale italian restaurant, Madeo with co-star/friend, Chelsea Staub (no they aren’t and never were dating, so don’t listen to those rumors) and band-mate/friend, John Taylor before the guys made their arrive to Chateau Marmont for a Golden Globes pre-party.
